Who We Are

Our Purpose
Here at PIBC we have adopted a mission statement which describes our Biblical purpose which is to glorify to God by becoming like Jesus Christ. God has called us to have an upward and an outward focus—to glorify Him as we learn to love Him supremely and love others sacrificially.

Our Mission
At our core, the mission of PIBC is to glorify God, revealing our devotion to fulfill His purposes by developing and displaying Christlikeness. Our mission is to glorify God as we seek to fulfill our vision and our commission.

Our Vision
Our vision—“to supremely love God”—is an upward focus, seeking to glorify God as we grow, as disciples, in “grace and in the knowledge” of His Son (2 Peter 3:18), thus growing in our love for God.

Our Commission
Our commission—“to sacrificially love others”—is an outward focus, seeking to glorify God as we go and reach the world for Christ by making disciples and training disciple-makers.
